What is Payscale Peer?

Payscale Peer is an online compensation platform that contains regional and national data for more than 5,000 jobs. It includes 2,500 participating employers nationwide, representing 6 million employees.
Payscale Peer offers:
- Regional, national, and international data at your fingertips.
- The ability to filter data by a variety of factors, including city, state, industry, business function, tenure, organization size, annual revenue, and even organization name.
- The capacity to select specific organizations for comparison. (Requires at least five organizations be selected).
- Data exports into PDF and Excel.
Is Payscale Peer a good fit for my organization?
- Do you have unique positions that you have a difficult time finding data for?
- Do you have locations outside of Illinois?
- Do you have multiple locations that require you to purchase multiple surveys to benchmark all your positions?
