This program runs two days, November 13th and 14th, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day.
This Workshop will guide participants through the development of all statistical components of an Affirmative Action Program including: an organizational profile, job group analysis, determining availability, comparing incumbency to availability, establishment of placement goals, and impact ratio analyses.
The Workshop will also provide guidance on what good faith efforts to consider when writing the narrative sections of an AAP and an overview of the AAP's for Covered Veterans and Disabled Workers. Materials include guidance on the legal requirements of federal government contractors and subcontractors, Affirmative Action regulations, and recordkeeping.
Workshop discussions will cover current OFCCP’s audit and enforcement strategies, compensation analysis, and applicant tracking. Make your AAP a working document through thorough comprehension of regulation and become better prepared for a compliance evaluation.
