An employee who is ill or injured may have rights under all three laws. Trying to determine what each law requires and when it applies can be a daunting task. Yet, failure to consider the employee's rights under all three laws can lead to expensive and time-consuming ramifications.
This course assumes the participant has basic level knowledge of ADA, FMLA and worker's compensation. Completion of Legal Issues for Supervisors prior to enrollment in this class in encouraged.
