Harassment Prevention Training for Managers

 Are you looking to train a supervisor on anti-harassment and discrimination, but don’t need to train everyone at your location? Do you want to offer someone the chance to hear a live program as opposed to another recording or virtual program? Have someone who could use some additional training in this area? Send them to our in-person Harassment Prevention Training.

This program will provide supervisory and management participants with a forum to:

•         Define the different types of harassment, discrimination and related workplace concerns.
•         Recognize behaviors that could be interpreted as discrimination or harassment, including examples of sexual harassment and other prohibited conduct. 
•         Specify actions that should be taken by organizations and individuals to prevent harassment and discrimination in the workplace, including how to prevent harassment and how the employer will investigate and remedy harassment.
•         Identify the legal risks of harassment and discrimination for the organization, including a summary of the relevant laws, both federal and state and remedies available to victims.  
•         Learn how to handle a complaint of harassment or discrimination.

This in-person session is taught by a member of our legal staff and complies with the Illinois anti-harassment training requirements. In addition, the class will include group discussion, case studies and video.
