As an HR professional, one of your most critical responsibilities is conducting thorough and impartial internal investigations. When done properly, workplace investigations can reduce employee complaints, foster a healthier work environment, and minimize your organization’s legal risk. However, despite its importance, many HR professionals receive limited training in this area, and learning on the job is not advisable.
