We’re an association serving more than 1,200 companies and organizations in their role as employers. 

Yes, we’re an association. What’s that mean? We’re not unlike the many medical or professional associations you commonly hear about. The difference is that the industry we serve is a really diverse one – employers.  And we’re a trade association meaning that our members are organizations, rather than individuals.

So, good for you. We’re a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organization, meaning we don’t have shareholders to make money for. We have stakeholders – you – that we’re in business to serve. We’re member-owned, and because our memberships are organizational, you can have multiple people at your organization access our resources and benefits.
