The results will reveal an increase in collaboration, reduction in tension, and present impactful strategies to help team relationships. By the end of this session, as a participant, you will be able to: • Understand your own communication style • Determine what motivates and stresses you • Discover how to best handle conflict • Learn about other styles and how to work better with team members • Build better relationships with your team by focusing on strategies for improving communication • Use collaboration tools to help foster clear communication and approaches to solving problems An online assessment will be sent to all participants as pre-work for this session.
