Make Payroll Easier – Meet TruPay

man staring at his laptop holding coffeePayday - one of my favorite days. There’s something exciting about waking up and checking my account to see the deposit hit. It’s a great feeling, and for a long time, I took it for granted.

As I’ve learned more about the payroll process, I’ve realized it’s so much more than simply issuing a paycheck. There are many moving parts working together behind the scenes: timekeeping, attendance tracking, PTO management, tax updates, garnishments, and direct deposits, just to name a few.

As you read that last paragraph, you might be thinking, “Wow, she really knows payroll.” Honestly ... not quite. I had to research the ins and outs of payroll while writing this article - and these were just some of the important components. (There’s a lot more!) It gave me a new appreciation for everything that goes into processing payroll effectively.

If I were choosing a payroll company, I’d want one that feels like a true partner, especially when I have questions (because I would). I’d like to know if there’s a local support team I can count on, along with a dedicated service representative who understands my situation and can help guide me when things get confusing.

More than anything, I’d want a company that really takes the time to understand my organization. Not just a one-size-fits-all solution, but one tailored to how I operate, while keeping up with all those ever-changing regulations, which can feel overwhelming.

That’s why it’s important to find the right partner - and one option that comes to mind is TruPay, one of HR Source’s Provider Partners. You may have met Troy Cadotte when he exhibited at our recent conferences and THR!VE member event. He was there with a big smile, connecting with HR Source members and helping organizations simplify payroll.

Payroll may be complex, but finding the right partner doesn’t have to be. If you’d like to learn more, reach out to Troy Cadotte by visiting TruPay
