HR Source FMLA Tracker App Released!

Between the paperwork, deadlines, intermittent leave tracking and recertifications, FMLA administration is a consistent thorn in our members’ collective side. I know because I have the genuine pleasure (really, no sarcasm here!) of helping many of you navigate these challenges every day through the HR Hotline. For as long as anyone here at HR Source can remember (and at least since the law came into effect in August of 1993), FMLA questions have been at the top of the Hotline topic leaderboard.

A few months ago, we asked our HR Source Advisory Council (our member focus group) whether an FMLA tracking tool would make their jobs easier. At the time, we were envisioning a simple spreadsheet.

The response? A resounding “YES!” So, we got to work.
