Neurodiversity in the Workplace
This is a virtual training program presented through Zoom.

In this session, we will explore one of the types of diversity – and discrimination – that may not always be front of mind - neurodiversity. We will discuss the critical importance of neurodiversity and awareness in the workplace, and how that could potentially be a disability issue.
This session will cover:
• Neurodiversity: What the term means, common challenges faced by individuals, and how workplaces and employees can support cognitive diversity.
• Unconscious Bias & Microaggressions: Understand how subtle behaviors and assumptions can negatively impact individuals with neurodivergent traits and how to recognize and address them.
Participants will leave with practical information to create more respectful workplaces for all employees—regardless of neurotype.
