Managers and supervisors need to be prepared to lead organizational change efforts. In this session, we focus on both the necessary planning to lead successful change and the effective strategies for handling each stage of the change process.
Topics covered in this session include:
• Recognizing the changes that have occurred in your workplace and how these changes have affected your workforce
• Understanding how people perceive and react to change
• Identify the keys to leading change including communicating and modeling the change, how to handle resistance to change, and gaining support from employees.
