The iDMS Import Test Event
A purely scientific test event created to confirm that spreadsheets and optimism can successfully become an event in iMIS.
This is a fake virtual training presented through Zoom.
This is the part of the description where it would normally describe the class. However, we're not going to do that here. Instead, this section will merely highlight the fact that it is actively NOT discussing the nature of the class.
In this non-existant session we will:
• Own the message
• Have concrete examples
• Give balanced feedback
• Gain the employee’s buy-in
• Mandate compliance (if necessary)
• Discuss the solution
• Summarize, document and follow up
