Your managers and supervisors will leave this session equipped to:

  • Define the different types of harassment, discrimination and related workplace concerns.
  • Recognize behaviors that could be interpreted as discrimination or harassment, including examples of sexual harassment and other prohibited conduct.
  • Specify actions that should be taken by individuals and organizations to prevent harassment and discrimination in the workplace.
  • Identify the legal risks of harassment and discrimination for the organization through an understanding of relevant federal and state laws.
  • Appropriately handle a complaint of harassment or discrimination.
  • Investigate and remedy harassment.

This in-person session is taught by a member of our legal staff and complies with the Illinois anti-harassment training requirements. The class includes case studies, group discussion, and video presentations.
